The first step to becoming a patient is to book a consultation with Dr Goodyear either by our website or by calling into our clinic.
We allow 1 hour for initial appointments so please keep this in mind when booking. For your first consultation we encourage patients to bring along any of the following that may be relevant to your initial consultation:

We make every effort to avoid charging cancellation/rescheduling fees by including the cancellation/rescheduling policy on our website and in our patient information starting pack.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call or email the practice as soon as possible.
For cancellations/rescheduling with less than 2 FULL BUSINESS days notice, a fee may be charged. For cancellations with less than 1 FULL BUSINESS days notice or those who do not attend their scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged. The fee charged will be dependant on the length of your appointment. This is because admin staff do not have enough time to offer the appointment time to someone off our wait-list.
Some long appointments (including the initial consultation for new patients) require confirmation from the client/patient. Contact with clients/patients will be via email, text and/or phone call. If confirmation of attendance is not received 2 FULL BUSINESS day prior to the appointment the appointment will be cancelled automatically and offered to another patient. This ensures that our admin team has sufficient time to accommodate patients on our waitlist.

Prior your first visit to our Toowong clinic, we ask you to please download and complete the appropriate Medical History Form to your consultation type. Bring the completed form along to your appointment and provide it to our reception team on arrival.
We understand that your smile journey is forever changing and because of this we ask all patient's to renew their medical history forms yearly as your circumstances change. Please feel free to complete this form at your leisure and email it through to us at info@toowongorthodontics.com.au
